Sorry, but this has to be a quickie. My mother is flying in tomorrow and I have lots to do this afternoon to prepare. Cleaning my room, for one. I am excited that she gets to see where I live and work. Also, she'll get to see some pretty cool castles. Everyone should see a real castle before they die. They're pretty cool if you're the romantic type...like me.

I went horse back riding this last weekend with a former student of mine. It was fun and scary at the same time. It was a great way for her to increase her English vocabulary and like wise for me. It took me a few hours to remember the word "gelding." I am slowing losing my vocabulary and it's a very sad thing for me.

My seniors only have 2 weeks left of school. They have a free week to study before their graduation exams. I need to study as well because I am not up to snuff on my Canadian, British and Australian history.
